Ceres goes retrograde for approximately 4 months each year. Physically, Ceres is an asteroid in our solar system’s asteroid belt–the largest one there. In mythology, Ceres (or Demeter to the ancient Greeks) was a grain goddess, a goddess of agriculture. In astrology, she rules the things that connect us to the physical world, such as:
