Welcome to Your Initial Natal & Transits Astrology Reading!

Step 1: Fill out this webform (if you have not done so already)

Your astrologer will need your full birth data to cast and analyze your chart for the reading. Use this webform to get that information to her and also to let her know your questions and topics of interest for the reading, so she can prepare the answers you need. If you are new to astrology and just want a general reading, that’s ok too. Your astrologer cannot prepare your chart until you’ve submitted the webform with your data in it, but if you already have, you can move on to Step 2. If you’re having trouble finding your precise time of birth, read this blogpost about how to do it.

Before your reading, please watch this video that gives you an introduction to astrology. We made this video so that we could spend less time getting you oriented and more time discussing your life. Even if you’ve had many readings before or have studied astrology, you will likely find some new information here. Allow 25 minutes.

If you’ve requested your reading in person, then your confirmation email will include directions to my office. Please be no more than 5 minutes early or late for your appointment, as there is no waiting area.

If you’ve requested your reading by Zoom online meeting, you’ll need to be on a laptop/desktop computer, in a browser window, at the time of your appointment. Find a quiet, private place for this, with a good internet connection and no distractions. Please do NOT attempt to use a phone for the visual part of the reading, as it won’t reliably work and will waste our time. A tablet may work, but a laptop/desktop computer is best.

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Please be prompt for your appointment because your astrologer is committed to giving you your full time if possible. If you find you are becoming late, please check in by phone if you can do so safely.

Cancellations anytime after booking and up to 48 hours before your reading are subject to a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a fee of half the reading cost. This is because I have already spent over an hour preparing your chart. Postponements within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.

Confidentiality:

Your astrology reading is private and confidential. Your astrologer will not reveal the contents of your reading to anyone but you. If you wish to have another adult present, that is fine. Do not bring minor children to your session, excepting nursing infants for baby/family readings.

Lasting benefit from your reading:

Your reading will be recorded as a screen-capture video, including our conversation and the charts, which your astrologer will mark up onscreen during the session. After the reading you will receive an email with the link for a folder on Dropbox.com where she has placed the video of your session and all the charts and diagrams used. She’ll email you the Dropbox link within a day or two after the reading.

Life is long but session time is short; therefore your astrologer will pack your reading with information as densely possible. We therefore recommend that you download your reading as soon as you receive the link and listen to the recording a week to a month after it happens. That way you will be able to pause the recording, reflect and follow all the lines of thought stimulated by this life-altering conversation. Most clients report they hear things in the second listening that they missed entirely the first time.
